We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.
We DO NOT accept orders nor do we ship outside the United States.
We normally ship your order within 1 business day. Generally, shipments arrive in 2-3 days, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail when your package is sent. You can track your package with the number provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Shipments within the United States: Anytime your subtotal is more than $75.00, we send your order for free. Other orders have a flat fee as follows: $0-20 - $5.95, $21-40 - $7.95, $40-69.99 - $9.95.
Shipments outside the United States: After we receive your order, we will contact you via e-mail with estimated shipping charges.
We do not sell or share any of your personal information. Any information you give us is used for tea-related purposes only. We also take precautions to protect your credit card information, so shopping online is as safe as can be.
If you're fortunate enough to live in Georgia, you can expect to pay sales tax. In other states, any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
